Our coffee is a breakthrough born from defiance and passion — where coffee and cacao collide in a radical fusion of flavour and purpose. We didn’t wait for permission. We forged our own path, blending craft and science to build something stronger, more sustainable, and unapologetically original: A One-of-a-kind experimental coffee experience.

That´s why we want to make a powerful statement, Coffee and Cacao are unfair, they are hard-work and inequitable. And, we learnt by observing the realities of the people behind the value chains of these industries and by talking to them.

Inspired by the beauties of nature and the delicious sweet and refreshing taste of ripe coffee cherries and fresh cacao pulp, we could not help but feel filled with joy and sadness simultaneously, kind of an exhausting experience, almost like energy drained.

Specially when looking at the faces of the people in front of me whilst talking about the hardships and pains the experience day after day. How can I look somewhere else and not take action? It´s on us all. The universe reflects who we are so we need to move in the right direction if we want this world to be a better place for all.

Our love and passion for coffee and cacao and I just cannot accept these unfair and inequitable realities. If you love coffee and chocolate, choose wisely because when you buy coffee or chocolate from big corps, you are only supporting this unfair, wrong and undescent reality. You have, we have the power to change it.

Now, it´s it time for coffee and cocoa / chocolate lovers to unite, because we believe in the fact that cocoa and coffee can benefit immensely by sharing knowledge and best-practices. We together with Finca La Senda designed an innovative scientific methodology for processing 4 different varieties of coffee applying the fine Criollo fermentation and drying process combined with up-cycled cacaofruit pulp that is often discarded as waste.
