TERMS OF SERVICE

To make a purchase on www.questspeciality.com, you must be 18 years old and have a valid ID document. If you are under 18 years of age, you need a consent to your purchase from a guardian. By ordering on www.questspeciality.com, you accept the terms published at the time as below and certify that the information you provide about yourself is correct.

ORDER

Ordering is done on www.questspeciality.com. If you have questions about how to order, you are welcome to emailing questspeciality@gmail.com

We reserve the right to correct orders if delivery for any reason can not be made, and if you have placed more orders, we reserve the right to merge your orders and deliver them in one package. If for any reason we at Quest Speciality AB are not able to deliver your order, we will contact you immediately. Should this occur, we will offer you a new solution provided this is possible.

QUEST SPECIALITY AB reserves the right to terminate the agreement in the event that the customer has acted in bad faith due to errors that the customer knew or should have realised, such as incorrect information about price or quantity on the website. In the event that the cancellation reservation is enforced, the customer is not entitled to damages or other compensation from QUEST SPECIALITY AB.

PRODUCT DOCUMENTATION

All documentation and descriptions of each product and service will be available on this website.

PAYMENT

Payment via the webshop is possible with most popular payment services.

The final amount will be reserved in your account when the order is completed. 

QUEST SPECIALITY AB reserves the right to cancel orders without subject to notice on account of typos, technical errors, changes in VAT and taxes, sold out items or force majeure.

REFUND POLICY

Food items ( coffee ) are non-refundable. For all other items we have a 14 day return policy at the customers cost. You have the right to return the item(s) you have bought within 14 days of receiving the item. To request a return, please email us at questspeciality@gmail.com with your order number and please state a reason for your return. After the return has been registered, you have 14 days to return the item(s) and all refunds will be issued once the package has successfully been returned to us and the condition of the item(s) meets the criteria for a full refund (unopened and unused in original packaging).

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, a shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

RETURN OR NO ORDER PICK-UP

If you have ordered coffee through our webshop but do not pick up your package at the agreed place of delivery or within the time frame provided by the carrier you do not have a right to a refund. You can not cancel an order as soon as it has been shipped from QUEST SPECIALITY AB.

We do offer our customers the opportunity to maintain their purchase after is has been returned to QUEST SPECIALITY AB. We will store it for 14 days. If you would like us to ship the package again you as a customer have to pay for the additional shipping fee through a payment link provided by us. Please contact us at questspeciality@gmail.com if you package has been returned and you would like us to resend it to you.

PERSONAL DATA

In connection with your order, you agree that we store and use your information for the purpose of completing and providing the service that you can expect from us. QUEST SPECIALITY AB is responsible for the data being stored and processed in accordance with the Data Protection Ordinance.
