If you have received a defective item, please contact us immediately at questspeciality@gmail.com

The right of complaint does not cover errors that have occurred during transport. However, you can describe the error in as much detail as possible. If we can not solve the problem, we will try to help you as much as we can by claiming the error to the shipper and try to compensate you but this will depend on the shipping company´s response. 

In the event of a dispute, we follow Allmänna reklamationsnämndens recommendations. Errors that have occurred due to damage caused by the customer are not counted as original errors.

REFUND POLICY

Food items ( coffee ) are non-refundable. In accordance with EU Consumer Rights Directive, perishable food items are exempt from the right of withdrawal / refund. For all other items we have a 14 day return policy at the customers cost. You have the right to return the item(s) you have bought within 14 days of receiving the item. To request a return, please email us at questspeciality@gmail.com with your order number and please state a reason for your return. After the return has been registered, you have 14 days to return the item(s) and all refunds will be issued once the package has successfully been returned to us and the condition of the item(s) meets the criteria for a full refund (unopened and unused in original packaging).

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non refundable. If you receive a refund, a shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

RETURN OR NO ORDER PICK-UP

If you have ordered coffee through our webshop but do not pick up your package at the agreed place of delivery or within the time frame provided by the carrier you do not have a right to a refund. You can not cancel an order as soon as it has been shipped from Quest Speciality AB

We do offer our customers the opportunity to maintain their purchase after it has been returned to Quest Speciality AB. We will store it for 14 days. If you would like us to ship the package again you as a customer have to pay for the additional shipping fee through a payment link provided by us. Please contact us at questspeciality@gmail.com  if you package has been returned and you would like us to resend it to you.
